PRICING

The pricing/availability list is strictly a wholesale list and intended for those engaged in buying and selling nursery products.  Prices are based on current market conditions and subject to change without notice.  All quotations are F.O.B. Port, Hope, Michigan.

DELIVERY

We have access to local delivery trucks at reasonable rates if you cannot make your own arrangements.  Prices are F.O.B. Port Hope, Michigan, all freight costs to be paid by customer.  All shipments travel at risk and expense of the purchaser.  Customers are responsible for unloading trucks on arrival.  If you are picking up your order, please bring tarps and ropes for the load.  Please call to schedule an appointment for pick-up.  All orders not picked up will be charged in full and an additional 25% restocking fee will be charged to the customer.

TERMS

Customers with established credit accounts are net thirty days from the date of shipment.  Click here to download credit application.  All past due accounts will be charged 1.5% per month or 18%APR, plus cost of collection agency.  All accounts must be current in order to honor new orders.  On all C.O.D. orders you must pay 50% deposit down when ordering.  Cash or cashiers check for full amount with pick-up order or C.O.D, unless other arrangements have been made.

GUARANTEE

We warrant that plants are true to name.  Plants are apparently free from insect and disease as set forth by our inspections and by the Michigan Department of Agriculture.  We give no warranty expressed or implied as to life, productiveness, or any other matter of any nursery stock that we may sell.  Any unsatisfactory stock must be reported in writing within 10 days of receipt and held for advisement by us before disposition.  Purchaser agrees that under no circumstances shall we be liable at any time for any amount greater than the original price.
