STEVEN D. THOMS

Steven is the President and Founding Member, of Thoms Farms, LLC and has been in the green industry since 1987. Steve received an Associates degree in Landscape Horticulture from Oakland Community College in 1997 and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Davenport University in 2002. Steve's certifications include: Michigan Certified Nurseryman (MNLA), Certified Landscape Designer (APLD), Certified Landscape Professional (PLANET), and Certified Brick Paver Installer (ICPI). He has acquired state licensing in: pesticide application, real estate, and building. Steve is actively involved in the green industry serving as Secretary/Treasurer on the ICPI Great Lakes Chapter board, and a judge for Michigan Green Industry Associations Environmental Improvement Awards program. Steve is co-owner of Thoms Bros. Landscaping, Inc. located in Ray, Michigan. Thoms Bros. (started in 1991) is a high-end residential and commercial landscaping and design company, offering customized and high-quality services to the southeastern Michigan area.

GRAHAM C. EDWARDS II

Graham holds a Bachelors degree in General Studies from Oakland University.   He is the co-owner of Edwards Promotional Group, Inc., a Promotional Marketing company started in 1996 in Rochester, MI.  Graham also is President of Edwards Financial Inc., a Financial Services company started in 2003.  He is a Registered Investment Advisor with the state of Michigan serving small businesses and individuals.

DOUG PLESTER
General Managing Member

Doug has been in the green industry since 2000.  Doug & his wife are the owners & operators of Plester Lawn & Landscape Service in Port Hope, Michigan.  Previously, he owned & operated a welding shop in Harbor Beach for 3 years.  Doug & his wife earned their credentials for Master Gardener from Michigan State University Extension Service in 2001, they are also certified from the Michigan Department of Agriculture in pesticide application.
